The villa includes four air-conditioned bedrooms, a stunning winter-heated pool with numerous relaxation spots around it, a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen, and a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi. Additionally, the recently fully renovated house is exclusively powered by green energy. Various family-friendly beaches and great restaurants are just a few minutes’ drive away. The Villa Cala Carbo is blessed with sunshine all day long, and you can enjoy this on the various terraces at your leisure. Of course, there are also plenty of shaded areas available. The pool area is surrounded by large sunbeds with soft cushions and towels. Around the outdoor fireplace, there is a cozy seating area perfect for intimate evenings. A large balinese wooden Buddha figure creates a Zen atmosphere, and at sunset, the surrounding hills are bathed in a magical red light. The garden is atmospherically lit at night. Next to the pool, a veranda with a dining table invites you to enjoy relaxing moments.
The view of the land and sea from the very large rooftop terrace is especially spectacular, featuring a sun-protected main dining area for 12 people, including a professional grill and fridge. Also available are a 350 x 250 cm Balinese lounge bed and a large sofa that can accommodate over 20 people. The heavenly relaxation oasis is completed by a jacuzzi with sea view and an outdoor shower.
Inside, Villa Cala Carbo will also impress you with its stylish and thoughtful design. The rooms are decorated in white and natural tones and are flooded with light. Harmonious color accents and carefully selected decorative objects create a relaxed, summery vibe.
The four bedrooms are all air-conditioned and equipped with a Sonos sound system. Two of them feature sea views and a double bed. The other two rooms each have two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, with one of them typically already configured as a double. Feel free to express your preferences upon request. The villa has a total of three bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts an outdoor bathtub and a double rain shower.
The living room is furnished with a large lounge sofa. A cozy fireplace invites you to enjoy a glass of wine on cooler evenings. The 62-inch TV with satellite decoder and DVD player, including a movie selection, along with the professional 5.1 Dolby Surround sound system, guarantees a cinema-like experience. The VOID music system with speakers not only in the living room but also in the kitchen, bedrooms, pool area, and rooftop terrace lets you play your favorite music anywhere in the house, whether it’s from CDs, radio, Spotify, or your iPod.
The villa’s energy supply follows the latest technical standards and is powered by a solar system. The entire house has underfloor heating, which can be switched to cooling during the summer.
