The large glass fronts and open-plan living area of Villa Can Nemo seamlessly blend the indoor and outdoor spaces in the most pleasant way. In the perfectly equipped Bulthaup kitchen, the in-house chef is happy to prepare a lavish breakfast or a light lunch for you. All you need to do is decide between the indoor dining area (seating up to 10 people) or the outdoor dining space. On request, cocktails or other beverages can also be served, allowing you to enjoy the sea view or a sundowner in style with family and friends.
A spacious master suite features a cozy living area, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub offering perfect sea views. Three additional comfortable and stylishly designed double bedrooms provide direct access to the pool area and feature en-suite bathrooms with showers. Two other bedrooms, ideal for families with children, share a common bathroom and offer access to the outdoor area.
The separate, small apartment outside the main house can accommodate either your private staff or guests seeking more privacy. All rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, a sound system, and 2×2 meter double beds.
In the spacious shared living area, you can enjoy amenities such as PlayStation, Netflix, Apple TV, and more. Experience the modern yet cozy design of the villa and immerse yourself in an exclusive setting.
The elevated hillside location offers breathtaking views of the deep blue sea and the neighboring island of Formentera. In the perfectly maintained garden, you’ll find elegant lounge areas, sun loungers, a 16-meter pool, and a breakfast and lunch area for up to 14 people. If you’d like to invite friends from the island, the outdoor area also features a stylish alfresco dining area with seating for up to 20 people.

During your stay at the luxury Villa Can Nemo, an in-house team consisting of a chef, housekeeping staff, and a gardener will pamper you 6 days a week, each for 8 hours. An E-Mercedes V-Class is at your disposal throughout your stay to explore the island’s beauty. A chauffeur service is available during the day upon request, and evening rides can be arranged.
