Thanks to the beach effect, you can lounge in the shallow water while cooling off. The lounge and seating area is the perfect spot for a social gathering and enjoying a long drink or cocktail in the evening. From the large property, you can take in breathtaking views extending to Formentera Island and Ibiza’s salt fields. With Ibiza Town just 5 km away, the villa serves as an ideal base for shopping trips or diving into the vibrant nightlife.
The six bedrooms and the open-plan living area span a total of 550 sqm, providing plenty of space and privacy, even for larger groups. The spacious master suite with a private terrace and its own living area is located on the upper floor of Villa Ibiza, while four additional bedrooms are situated on the lower level. Three of these bedrooms offer stunning sea views, and all bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms. A sixth bedroom is located on the lower level of the villa but does not have natural daylight. The large kitchen and adjoining dining area leave nothing to be desired and lead directly to the terrace with an additional dining area for the villa’s guests.
