From here, you have direct access to the large terrace, where the impressive 20 x 5-meter swimming pool with fitness features and comfortable sun loungers invite you to relax. The first floor houses two additional bedrooms, also equipped with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces, ensuring privacy and spectacular views. Another spacious living area with comfortable seating and a TV provides additional retreat opportunities. The second floor serves as the main living area of this designer villa. Here, you will find the large open-plan living space with a stylish sofa area and TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, where both hobby and professional chefs can indulge in their passion. From this level, you can access a smaller terrace featuring a second pool and a chill-out area, as well as the covered outdoor dining space.
