The 4 bedrooms of Villa Cala Tarida are spread across a total of 320 sqm. As soon as you enter the villa, the elegantly furnished living area unfolds to your right, offering direct views of the sea. A cozy sofa lounge, comfortable armchairs, a charming fireplace, and high-end technology, including a flat-screen TV, DVD Blu-ray player, and an iPod music system, promise enjoyable evenings with family or friends.

From the inviting dining area with a solid wood table for 6 to 8 guests, you can directly access the fully equipped modern kitchen, perfect for both professional and hobby chefs to prepare Mediterranean delicacies. Another door connects the kitchen to the outdoor area of Villa Cala Tarida.

The left wing of the villa houses two of the four bedrooms. Both are furnished with queen-size beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) and offer breathtaking Mediterranean views. One of the bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the other has a separate bathroom, also with a walk-in shower.

The remaining two bedrooms are private outdoor suites with separate entrances. The upper suite is accessible via an external staircase and boasts its own living area, a sleeping space with a king-size bed (2 x 2 m), and a spacious bathroom with a cement bathtub. Two large glass doors lead to a private rooftop terrace with sun loungers and seating options. The second outdoor bedroom is located on the ground floor, also featuring a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
