The partially covered terrace as well as the garden offer various seating and dining areas. These, as well as the loungers in the pool area, meet the highest standards. The pool itself has different levels that invite you to linger in the water and are also very suitable for children. A modern grill is also available here. In front of the entrance, there is enough space to park three cars.
On the ground floor of Villa Kanian, you will find the impressive entrance hall as well as the living and dining area with an open fireplace. The guest WC, the spacious, professionally equipped kitchen, a utility room, and a large bedroom with a bathroom complete the floor. Both from the kitchen and the entrance area, stairs lead to the first floor of the house. Here you will find a master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms as well as a work area. All rooms have their own bathroom, a private terrace, and an unobstructed view over Palma and the sea. In the basement, there is another room with a bathroom, which does not have the same view. The house has a garage with two parking spaces and an additional three parking spaces. All rooms are equipped to the highest and most modern standards. Villa Kanian has Wi-Fi, four flat-screen TVs, and various sound systems that can be connected to corresponding sources (iPhone, iPad, etc.) via Airplay. The interior of the villa is very modern and tasteful without being cold. Numerous art objects give the house a special atmosphere.
Your stay at Villa Kanian includes a cleaning service four times a week. Of course, additional services, such as a private chef or daily maid service, can be organized on request.
