The outdoor spaces of Villa Blanes are spread across several levels. From the driveway, which accommodates up to three cars, you access the 120 sqm rooftop terrace featuring a lounge area — the perfect spot to start the day with a cup of coffee while enjoying the stunning views. A lift or staircase leads to the second floor, the villa’s top level. At the opposite end of the open-plan living area, a covered terrace offers a generous dining space and a cozy lounge corner where you can relax and feel the fresh summer breeze. The property’s lowest level features the pool area, ideal for soaking up the sun.
A summer kitchen with a grill provides the perfect setup for preparing delicious meals and enjoying barbecue evenings. The dining space near the pool is perfect for savoring freshly prepared dishes. The villa entrance is on the rooftop, from where guests can descend via lift or stairs to the second (top) floor. The open-plan living area, featuring a sofa lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and dining table, boasts a modern yet cozy ambiance with bright colors. Large windows provide breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and the azure Mediterranean Sea.
The middle floor hosts the villa’s four bedrooms, offering ample space for up to eight guests. Each bedroom is furnished with comfortable double beds and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom also includes a freestanding bathtub and a spacious dressing room. On the villa’s lowest floor, you’ll find a laundry room and a sauna, providing the perfect space for relaxation.
Various services can be arranged for your stay at Villa Blanes. These include regular cleaning or maid services, as well as a private chef who can prepare Spanish tapas or fresh grilled dishes for you. We are happy to assist with the rental of motor or sailing yachts. We recommend renting a car upon your arrival in Mallorca to explore the island independently.
