Nestled near the coast at the foothills of a mountain range, surrounded by countless olive, almond, and lemon trees as well as vineyards, this exclusive holiday home with roots dating back to the 13th century offers the perfect place to relax in an authentic setting. Over centuries, the area was shaped by agriculture with terraced fields and waterways and is now part of the UNESCO World Heritage. Nearby you’ll find pebble beaches, and sandy beaches on the northeast coast are easily accessible by car. From morning breakfast to midday siesta, dinner, and cocktails in the mild night air, everyone will find their favorite spot on the spacious terrace.
At the heart of the expansive estate, where a total of three holiday homes are available for rent, stands the original manor house, dating back to the mid-13th century. Though currently unused, it significantly contributes to the estate’s unique atmosphere. The three fincas share a tennis court available for all guests.
Built in traditional Mallorcan style with exposed ceiling beams and terracotta tiles, the exclusive finca Sa Punta de S’Aguila exudes rural charm while offering modern comforts for your Mallorca holiday. The amenities include a cozy country-style kitchen, a dining area with a large table and wicker chairs, as well as a living room furnished in light, fresh tones featuring a fireplace.
The finca’s five bedrooms are spread over three floors and decorated in natural tones. All bedrooms come with an en-suite bathroom, private terrace area, and Bose speakers. The rustic ambiance offers the perfect escape from everyday life.
Wake up whenever you like and enjoy breakfast at your leisure, as the chefs and guest concierge will have prepared cold dishes for you the night before. Lunch is served buffet-style on six days, while dinner is a three-course menu on six evenings a week served on the finca’s terrace. You can share your preferences for dinner in advance. Alongside international dishes, you’ll enjoy Mallorcan and Mediterranean specialties crafted by the chef. For the seventh evening, we are happy to reserve a table at a restaurant of your choice.
