Surrounded by a lush nature reserve, you can look out from the exterior of Finca Sa Massota onto an untouched landscape and, from some spots, even to the sea. Seating areas, dining areas, and sun loungers invite you to linger and relax. Make yourself comfortable on one of the loungers by the pool and let the Mediterranean breeze dry you off after a dip in the large 17 x 5.5 meter swimming pool. In front of Finca Sa Massota, there is a spacious terrace with a seating area and a dining table for up to 12 people. Here you can enjoy Spanish tapas and delicious meat and fish dishes. A charming courtyard is also perfect for quietly reading a book or making plans for the next day over a good glass of wine. Don’t miss a visit to nearby Santanyi, an authentic village with golden sandstone buildings and many galleries and art studios. A stop at the restaurant and street café Sa Botiga Santanyi is particularly worthwhile.
The living area of Finca Sa Massota is 490 square meters and offers many relaxation areas. The facilities include two living rooms with satellite TV, Blue Ray DVD player, MP3 player, WiFi, and seating for up to 12 people. A modern and fully equipped Gaggenau kitchen is equipped with two gas and two electric stoves, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a ceiling fan, making it ideal for communal cooking. Five double bedrooms are tastefully furnished and have adjoining bathrooms. In all rooms, you will find fans, air conditioning, dehumidifiers, and underfloor heating for the colder months of the year. One bedroom is additionally equipped with a satellite TV. The large master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet and a terrace with a fabulous view. The associated spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a separate shower. Below the house is a separate fitness area with modern sports equipment and air conditioning. So nothing stands in the way of your workout during your vacation.
During your stay at Finca Sa Massota, the caretaker couple Odette and Reynold are at your disposal. They take care of the property and are available for you daily for four hours. This includes cleaning the holiday home and making the beds daily. Upon request and by arrangement, breakfast can also be prepared for you. The daily working hours of Odette and Reynold are from 08:00 to 12:00 from Monday to Saturday. Additional services, such as a private chef or yacht charter, can of course be organized upon request and for an extra charge. Renting a car is essential for your stay.
