Even the cypress-lined driveway to the property is quite impressive. Upon reaching the main entrance door, you can park your car under a shady tree.
The spaciousness of the property is exceptional and offers a paradisiacal idyll, especially for families with children. Not only the beautifully landscaped pool and garden area, but also the private playground, the large in-ground trampoline, and last but not least, the private artificial turf football field will make children’s hearts beat faster. At the large, heated pool, two shady pavilions with high-quality loungers and seating provide oases of peace and relaxation. From here, you can enjoy the wonderful panoramic view over the town of Santanyi to the sea.
On the ground floor of the villa there is an impressive entrance hall with a large dining table and a lovely seating area with a fireplace. Stairs lead up to the first floor of the house on both sides, and French doors open onto the inner courtyard with the adjoining garden and pool area. On one side there is a cozy study with a seating area and fireplace. On the opposite side of the hall you enter the professionally equipped and very spacious kitchen with gas and induction stove and dining area. From the kitchen you reach the covered side wing with several small and large seating and dining areas as well as a summer kitchen with BBQ. This side wing is open to the inner courtyard and is ideal for breakfast.
On the other side of the courtyard is the separate guest wing with two bedrooms – one room with a pull-out sofa and en-suite shower room, the other room with a double bed and en-suite shower room. Adjacent to this is a guest toilet. The first floor has two more spacious suites, one of which has a four-poster bed. While one has an en-suite bathroom with shower, the other has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. There is also a third bedroom with shower room and another double room without its own bathroom on this floor. Adjacent to this is a very nice children’s playroom which is fully equipped: from table football to Lego! All bedrooms, except for the third room on the upper floor, have a flat-screen TV. The interior of the villa is very tasteful, numerous art objects give the property a special atmosphere. There is also an apartment with a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom.
