Three of the bedrooms are on the upper floor of the picturesque holiday home, one is on the ground floor. In the open, spacious kitchen, you can celebrate cooking in company. Overall, the holiday home is particularly understated and furnished in light colors. Here, noble understatement prevails. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows that reveal a view of the dreamlike landscape, a BOSE sound system, and a BluRay player, as well as a cozy armchair and sofa landscape in front of the fireplace. Adjacent, you step onto a spacious terrace with stylish seating. Equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating, the finca is the ideal retreat for relaxation all year round.
Due to its great location, you will find undisturbed peace in Casa Concos, but also numerous leisure options nearby. Cala Sa Nau, probably one of the most beautiful bays in Mallorca, is about seven kilometers away. Other wonderful beaches such as Cala Santanyi, Cala Llombards, S’Almunia, Cala Mondrago, and the natural beach Es Trenc are also easily accessible by car. For sailors, the nearby Marina Cala d’Or and the charming ports of Porto Petro or Porto Colom are ideal.
Do you love golf? Then you have found your El Dorado in Mallorca, as the island has some of the most beautiful golf courses in Spain. The well-known and popular golf course Val d’Or is less than ten minutes away by car. Shopping is available directly in the village of Alqueria Blanca, in Cas Concos, and at the twice-weekly market in Santanyi, which is becoming increasingly popular.
