Inside your luxury holiday home in the south of Mallorca for 10 people, guests will find a living hall about 25m long where the kitchen merges into the living-dining area. A feel-good atmosphere with the most modern equipment in historic walls. Ideally cool even in summer, as the finca has walls up to 1.20 m thick which perfectly regulate the heat. All bedrooms and the kitchen area have air conditioning. The kitchen is perfectly equipped as the owners are passionate cooks themselves and live in the finca several times a year. On the upper floor there are three double rooms which are very spacious and also have tasteful furnishings that match the property. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom, the other two share a bathroom. The last two suites have direct and separate access from outside. These are a casita in the garden near the pool and an apartment next to the large barbecue area. Both units have en suite bathrooms and offer absolute privacy for invited guests or the family’s teenagers.
