At the same time, the holiday villa is ideally located to explore the island, because despite its secluded location, you are only five minutes by car from Camp de Mar or the port of Andratx with its exclusive fish restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, and tapas bars. Guests of the finca have the opportunity to walk down to the sea via the property. However, access to the sea is rather difficult as it is a rocky bay.
The property ends on one side in Cala Llamp (neighboring bay of Porto Andratx) and on the other side in Camp de Mar. A private driveway about 500 m long leads from the coastal road up to the house.

The living areas are spread over two floors. From the ground floor, you reach an impressive gallery on the first floor via an elegant spiral staircase with a wooden railing, from which both the other rooms depart and a comfortable chaise longue invites you to linger.
The bedrooms are tastefully furnished: Here you can choose between a four-poster bed and comfortable double beds. All bedrooms offer wonderful views and are very generously designed. The living area has cozy couch furniture and a large, floor-to-ceiling panoramic window with a breathtaking view of the pool and sea. The entire house is lovingly furnished with selected antique furniture pieces, creating a beautiful contrast to the bright basic design.
The beach Camp de Mar on Mallorca has always been a popular travel destination on Mallorca. Especially holidaymakers who want to experience something are in the right place here. Because in this island region, you will find many of the renowned restaurants as well as bars and discos for night owls. On weekends, there is often live music here. As much peace as your exclusive holiday villa offers you, you will find just as much variety in the surroundings. The sandy beach of Camp de Mar is framed by the wild romantic cliffs for which Mallorca is so famous. Look at the azure water and enjoy a long drink at one of the lively beach bars.
