El Desegno offers multiple terraces for relaxation, including a breakfast terrace, a sundowner lounge, a covered terrace near the house, and a guest terrace. The pool terrace features built-in seating, a built-in dining table, four single loungers, two double loungers, bean bags, and ample umbrellas. The pool has a stepped entry and a depth ranging from 90 to 160 cm. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower with hot water. The BBQ house, equipped with a sink, outdoor fridge, fire pit, Weber grill, and dining area, promises delightful evenings under the open sky. A pétanque court, swing, and climbing frame ensure that boredom is never an issue for guests of all ages. The magnificent garden, designed by Mallorca Jardines/Son Muda and crafted by Hélène Lindgens, boasts ancient almond and carob trees, creating a serene Mediterranean atmosphere.
On the ground floor of this luxurious holiday home, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, TV, double bed (180 x 200 centimeters), and pull-out couch, the fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, and the living/dining room with a large fireplace. Three additional bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Two of them share a shower bathroom. Two of the rooms are furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 centimeters), while the other upstairs room also offers a single bed with a pull-out option. From the upper floor, you have access to three terraces/balconies with unobstructed views. Overall, the bedrooms are relatively small, but the entire ensemble is very cozy.
The Finca El Desegno is located near some of Mallorca’s most beautiful beaches, including Cala S’Almunia and Cala Llombards, which are about five kilometers away. The long natural beach of Es Trenc is just a 10-minute drive. Es Llombards, about 2.5 kilometers away, hosts a small weekly market on Thursdays and has an excellent bakery. The town of Santanyi, about five kilometers away, invites visitors to markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays. In the neighboring village of Ses Salines, you will find three excellent restaurants.
