The lavender-lined driveway leads to a large courtyard in front of the house with an impressive, approximately seven-meter-high palm tree. On the south side of Villa Casa Miraflores, slightly below the building, is the 16 x 4.5 meter pool, which provides wonderful refreshment on hot summer days. From the over 60 square meter sunny pool terrace, you can easily reach the water via steps. Loungers by the pool ensure maximum relaxation under the sun, and a cozy dining area (covered) with a grill allows for relaxed hours outdoors. Here you can enjoy tasty tapas or fresh fish with the family and end the evening with a good glass of wine. From the alfresco dining area, you also have a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding landscape and the Mediterranean Sea.
Through the 200-year-old Mallorcan entrance door of Villa Casa Miraflores, you enter the double-story hall with a gallery from which all rooms are accessible. The spacious living room with fireplace, the family room with music and TV, and the large covered west terrace, which is directly adjacent to the fully equipped, spacious kitchen, impress with their proportions and their arrangement to each other. Freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer as well as a water softening system are standard amenities. On the east side of the ground floor are the guest WC and a large bedroom suite with an open fireplace, directly adjoining bathroom, and separate terrace. On the upper floor, there are three more bedroom suites with bathrooms and access to two large terraces facing east and west with exceptionally beautiful views. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
