The exterior of Finca de Pueblo I resembles a green oasis, where you can recharge and find balance. The typical Mediterranean vegetation creates a sense of calm. The charming old well in the courtyard of this townhouse tells tales of a bygone era on this sun-drenched island. Relax by the pool, which is particularly impressive with its wooden plank framing, and listen to the trickling of the fountain, or simply enjoy the view of the rolling landscape. Under the pergola, you’ll find plenty of shaded spots where you can savor delicacies from the grill, perhaps freshly caught on one of your excursions.
The beautifully renovated interior of Finca de Pueblo I showcases expertly highlighted typical Mallorcan stone walls. Stunning beamed ceilings lend the townhouse an appealing charm. The carefully selected modern furnishings contrast beautifully with the warm tones of the wooden furniture, which, together with a few handpicked accessories, add cheerful touches. The spacious, bright kitchen, which opens to the garden, invites lively cooking events with family or friends. Everyone can gather around the large wooden table to enjoy a tasty dinner in cooler weather. The flickering fireplace creates a picturesque atmosphere. The dining area flows into the open-plan living room with its cozy sofa landscape. The effective lighting allows for cozy evenings here. In the small workspace, you could handle essential correspondence—but only if absolutely necessary. Alternatively, retreat to the garden lounge with its large panoramic windows. Make yourself comfortable on the colorful sofas or serve a balanced midday snack at the exclusive wooden table. One of the five bedrooms and the guest toilet are located on the ground floor, while the other four bedrooms are spread across the upper floor. All bedrooms have a modern en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms on the upper level feature a special highlight: a sun-drenched private terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful landscape with a chilled drink. The air conditioning ensures a pleasant room climate in Finca de Pueblo I.
Finca de Pueblo I is located just a few hundred meters from the tiny street village of Consell. In recent years, this place has gained more and more recognition for its flea market held on Sundays from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Perhaps you’ll discover a unique curiosity missing from your collection. Consell is also famous for its wine and almond cultivation. The slightly larger town of Inca is known as a center of the shoemaker’s craft. The Thursday weekly market, which stretches throughout the historic town center, is one of the island’s largest, although quite touristy during peak season. Stroll through the pedestrian zone in the center and then enjoy hearty local cuisine in one of the “cellers.” The interior of the island, known as “Es Pla,” is famous for its excellent wines. Visit the island’s oldest glassblowing workshop and watch the glassblowers at work. Of all the villages in the island’s center, Sineu is the most well-known, with its beautiful weekly market held on Wednesdays. The capital city of Palma, livelier by far, is just a short half-hour drive away. Stroll along the harbor and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of the monumental cathedral La Seu. A walk through the old town is also a must for every visitor.

I personally know this beautiful townhouse and can provide you with objective and individual advice. I look forward to your call or email.
