Originally, it consisted of two village houses that were combined into a spacious ensemble featuring a garden and pool. This luxurious holiday home is just 200 meters from the marketplace of the picturesque village of Selva. Despite its central location, the property offers privacy, tranquility, and plenty of space to relax. The oasis-like garden with its heated pool, lounge area, and terrace invites guests to simply enjoy life.

In addition to the beautiful pool, Villa Selva offers an outdoor shower and a small garden house with a guest toilet. This is a completely different way to experience a holiday on Mallorca — authentic, among the locals, and far from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism.
Selva is a traditional village known for its delightful festivals, such as the Herb Festival and the patronal feasts of Moscari, Selva, Caimari, and Biniamar. These are wonderful opportunities to immerse yourself in Mallorcan culture and connect with the island’s people. Highly recommended!
The ground floor of Villa Selva features an open-plan kitchen with a spacious dining area, perfect for lively gatherings. The kitchen leads into a cozy living room equipped with a fireplace and a comfortable sofa. Both the living room and kitchen provide access to the terrace. The villa offers four large bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there are two guest WCs. The entire interior design is perfectly coordinated, with many thoughtful details creating a unique and welcoming ambiance.
