The Beach Finca Cala Ratjada is located on a spacious estate in the northeast of Mallorca, directly in the first row in a dreamlike beautiful location and only a stone’s throw from the Platja de Son Moll beach. The color of the turquoise blue water, which you can enjoy from many rooms of the house, is unique on the island and will immediately captivate you. The house has direct access to the beach, so you can start the day with a wonderful bath in the pleasantly warm water in the morning while others may still be sleeping. On a living area of approximately 500 sqm, the house accommodates five elegant bedrooms and offers plenty of space for your privacy. Not far from the bustling town of Cala Ratjada in the high season, you can plunge into the exciting nightlife in the evening. In the off-season, however, the area returns to its original charm, and you can enjoy peace and relaxing moments, only disturbed by the sound of the sea.

Upon entering the property of the luxury Beach Finca Cala Ratjada, you will be impressed by the spaciousness of the estate. The bright villa with its green shutters and wooden beams hints at the Mallorcan style. The modern “white look” makes the sun shine a little brighter and continues in the outdoor area, only interrupted by maritime splashes of color. Perhaps the chill lounge directly by the sea will become your favorite spot, where you can retreat with a nice book and only be disturbed by the sound of the sea. From here, you have direct access to the sea, 30 m away, via a staircase. Or you can make yourself comfortable in the lounge on the terrace, which is bordered by beautiful archways, at the house. Of course, a refreshing swimming pool is also available here, which can be heated on request and for an additional fee. Perhaps you will also relax on the large balcony on the upper floor. From everywhere, you have a fantastic view to the horizon. If you want to be active, you can practice your serve on the new private tennis court or have an exciting match with your fellow travelers. Spend the evening with your family or friends in a pleasant atmosphere at the beautiful dining table with the design chairs and enjoy the culinary specialties from the gas grill with a nicely chilled Spanish wine.
The bright colors of the Beach Finca Cala Ratjada continue in the luxurious villa. The trendy modern white look is complemented by selected, exclusive accessories that add pretty splashes of color with their warm tones. Noble dark wooden doors and ceiling beams create a wonderful Mallorcan ambiance. In the morning, you can enjoy the first coffee at the breakfast bar in the contemporary kitchen or meet with your family at the long dining table with the exclusive design lamps and its comfortable armchairs in country style. Perhaps you would like to relax in the two beautiful wicker daybeds after your early morning swim and let your gaze wander into infinity. The lounge in front of the fireplace in the living area invites you to cozy hours when the temperatures outside have become a bit cooler. On the ground floor, there is one of the five very comfortable bedrooms (bed 1.80x2m) with a small sitting area and an ensuite bathroom. Two sofas (each 90cm x 2m) can be converted into single beds, making this room ideal as a bedroom for parents with younger children. There is also a guest WC on this level. The upper floor houses the four other beautiful bedrooms, continuing the chic look. Each of the spacious bedrooms has its own splash of color. Two of these bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, two share the third bathroom. The master bedroom has a 200 x 200 cm bed and its own bathroom, the other has a 180 x 200 cm bed with its own bathroom with sea view. The green room has two 105x200cm beds (which can form a double bed), while the blue room has two 90×200 beds. These last two bedrooms share the bathroom. Three of the rooms upstairs have direct access to the terrace. All rooms have air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant room climate even at warmer temperatures, so you can enjoy a restful night’s sleep. In the outbuilding of the main house, there is another very small bedroom (bed 90x100cm) suitable for a maximum of 1 person (teenager, nanny). This room does not have the quality of the others and is an emergency solution.
The Beach Finca Cala Ratjada is only a few minutes’ walk from the town that gave it its name. The idyllic fishing village is the largest holiday resort in the northeast of Mallorca but has retained its original charm. Stroll along the beautiful promenade and try one of the lovely tapas bars. Cala Ratjada also includes other rocky beaches. Visit the beaches of Cala Agulla, Cala Gat, or Cala de Sa Font. Right on your doorstep, you will find the small beach Son Moll. A coastal hike, which can impress with special impressions of the beautiful, original landscape, is particularly eventful. The town of Manacor is also worth a visit. Known as Mallorca’s industrial metropolis, the town has a special flair for visitors. The town center has remained very authentic with its bars and cafes. The Coves del Drac near Porto Christo are stalactite caves with interesting limestone formations. At Martel Lake, one of the largest underground lakes in the world, there is an auditorium where concerts with classical music are played.
