Just a stone’s throw from the historic center of Soller, the charming Finca Soller offers expansive views of the Tramuntana Mountains and the idyllic surroundings, complete with Mediterranean plants and orange groves on the estate. Perfectly located on Mallorca’s west coast, this luxury holiday home boasts shaded outdoor dining areas, beautifully maintained gardens, and a stunning swimming pool set away from the main house.
Inside, there is ample space for friends and family to relax, but it’s the magnificent outdoor area that captivates guests. French doors open from the kitchen to a terrace where you can enjoy alfresco dining and panoramic views of the hills. Savor freshly squeezed orange juice from the villa’s own trees, unwind on the summer terrace, relax in a hammock, or cool off in the pool after a game of badminton.
The town of Soller, with its shops, bars, and restaurants, is just a 10-minute walk away. Puerto de Soller and Deia can be reached in 10 and 20 minutes by car, respectively. The estate’s stunning natural setting, surrounded by mountains, Mediterranean plants, and lush orange trees, provides a tranquil environment for relaxation. Lounge by the pool on one of the sunbeds, bask in the sun, and cool off in the beautiful swimming pool located slightly away from the villa. A pergola offers a shaded area, perfect for reading a book or enjoying an evening aperitif. With a barbecue station and alfresco dining areas, guests can savor delicious grilled dishes or Spanish tapas while enjoying freshly squeezed orange juice from the estate’s own trees.
For active guests, the badminton field offers a great spot for friendly matches. Soller town is only a short 10-minute walk away, ideal for leisurely strolls, shopping, and enjoying local culinary delights.
Traditional design and modern comforts create a cozy atmosphere at Finca Soller. On the ground floor, the living and dining room with seating for 8 to 10 guests features a fireplace, ideal for cooler months. The rustic Mallorcan-style kitchen is fully equipped and opens directly onto a shaded terrace with outdoor dining space.
A TV room with a library provides a perfect spot for reading or relaxing. One of the five bedrooms is also located on the ground floor, featuring two single beds, a small shower room, and direct access to the terrace—ideal for teenagers or staff.
Three additional bedrooms are situated on the first floor:
- Master Bedroom: Canopy bed (160 cm), air conditioning, large windows with stunning views, dressing room, bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, double sink, and toilet
- Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning
- Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning
Two more bedrooms are in the annex, which is adjacent to the main house but has no internal connection. Renovated in 2017, these rooms feature:
- Bedroom 4: Canopy bed
- Bedroom 5: Two single beds
Both bedrooms come with en-suite shower bathrooms, air conditioning, separate entrances, and an interconnecting door.
Your stay at Finca Soller includes maid service from Monday to Friday for two hours per day. Additional cleaning services or personal requests, such as a private chef, can be arranged upon request. We are happy to assist with yacht rentals for day or multi-day charters. Renting a car from Palma de Mallorca Airport is recommended.
