Located on the picturesque southern slopes of the Sierra de Tramuntana, the grounds of the finca are still used for agriculture today. Olives and almond trees grow here, there are strawberry fields, and honey is produced. Sheep and chickens (fresh eggs daily) populate the property. Next to the house is a beautiful herb and vegetable garden with a cozy picnic area where you can harvest and eat directly. The large swimming pool offers fun & relaxation for everyone, and in the evening, the day can end atmospherically at the barbecue. Two electric mountain bikes are available for exploring the surroundings. Palma is only a 25-minute drive away, and the dream beach of Playa de Muro is only 35 minutes away by car. The picturesque village of Alaró is just a five-minute walk away.
Finca Sa Mata welcomes you with a modern country house style that has already attracted attention in various design magazines. Lots of light and a harmonious combination of wood, light furniture, and natural tones create a cozy setting for a wonderful stay with the whole family. Light-flooded living areas on the ground floor, a beautiful, fully equipped country kitchen, and two dining areas offer plenty of space for shared moments. A double room with a king-size bed (convertible to two single beds 0.90 m x 1.80 m) with an ensuite bathroom is located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool terrace. On the upper floor, there is another living area, a playroom, and two bedrooms with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms, one of the rooms (master bedroom) has an additional seating area and a separate dressing area. A 15 sqm roof terrace on the upper floor offers fantastic views of the village and the mountains. In the separately located guest house, there is the fourth bedroom with its own bathroom. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a beautifully landscaped private garden.
