The expansive garden of Finca Puig de Maria offers numerous retreats to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, complete with panoramic views. In the morning, you can have breakfast under the straw-covered pergola on the terrace, seated in cozy wicker chairs. By the heated pool, eight comfortable teakwood sun loungers invite guests to soak up the warm rays of the sun. Alternatively, relax in the beautiful lounge area on the terrace with an engaging book, perhaps accompanied by a refreshing cocktail as you gaze upon the picturesque Puig de Maria. The ping pong table is ready for a friendly match. In the evening, retreat to another covered terrace at the front of the house for a delightful dinner featuring fresh grilled delicacies. Finish off the day by savoring a cool glass of Mallorcan wine while admiring the sparkling stars overhead.
The interior of Finca Puig de Maria near Pollensa has been tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. Wooden ceiling beams and carefully selected furnishings create a cozy ambiance. The spacious kitchen with a dining area promises enjoyable gatherings. Should it become cooler outside, the fireplace will provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with its own bathroom, located to the right of the entrance. The upper floor houses the remaining four beautiful bedrooms, some featuring a balcony where you can enjoy a sundowner. Two of the bedrooms on this floor have en-suite bathrooms, each beautifully tiled in distinctive colors. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom.
A short drive from Finca Puig de Maria brings you to the charming town of Pollensa, where a local dialect and traditional crafts are still preserved. For breathtaking views, visit the small Calvari pilgrimage church, accessed by climbing 365 steps starting from the town square. Be sure to plan a trip to Cap Formentor, the northernmost tip of the island. This largely untouched peninsula offers stunning views of the open sea from the Mirador viewpoint.
Alcúdia, encircled by its medieval city walls, invites you to stroll past charming shops. Take a break at one of the inviting restaurants and enjoy typical tapas with a glass of wine. A visit to Palma, the capital, is a must. In addition to shopping in the old town, be sure to visit the harbor with its elegant yachts.
