SA TERRA ROTJA
Like so many others who have stayed on Mallorca, Sir Richard Branson fell in love with the island. As a result, the Virgin mogul acquired the Son Bunyola estate near Banyalbufar in the northwest of the sun-drenched island, where he turned a finca dream into reality. The villa Sa Terra Rotja, whose name translates to “Red Earth,” is part of the approximately 170-hectare estate, which also features two other villas – Sa Punta de S’Aguila and Son Balagueret – available for rent through us. The luxurious holiday home offers a heated private pool, tennis court, and four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Alongside the idyllic location, numerous retreats and a variety of recreational activities in the area provide pure relaxation in authentic Mallorcan style. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beverages are included. A pebble beach is just a 20-minute walk away, and Palma Airport is around a 40-minute drive.

Located on the edge of the Son Bunyola estate, Sa Terra Rotja provides the perfect conditions for private and relaxing moments with rural charm. Enjoy the sun on the expansive terrace or immerse yourself in a good book in the shade. The large heated pool invites you to swim and refresh yourself. Meals prepared for you taste even better in the mild Mediterranean air at the covered dining table with a stunning sea view. You can also enjoy the spectacular sea view from the outdoor lounge accessible via the living room.
At the heart of the property stands the original manor house dating back to the mid-13th century. Though currently unused, it significantly contributes to the picturesque and historic flair of the finca. The surrounding vineyards and lemon, almond, and olive trees create the perfect setting for a dream rural holiday.
The design of Sa Terra Rotja emphasizes preserving the natural charm of the finca. Chandeliers hang from exposed ceiling beams, and white plastered walls contrast beautifully with dark wood shutters and furniture. Carefully selected decorative pieces and artworks add splashes of color and create a relaxed living atmosphere.
There are four double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and Bose speakers. Every room is cozy yet modern. The standout is the master suite, uniquely located on the upper floor, offering a stunning sea view. The villa also includes a stylish living room with access to the pergola, a cozy dining room, and a country-style kitchen equipped to the latest standards.

I am happy to personally advise you objectively and individually about Sir Richard Branson’s estate. I look forward to your call or email.
