    Description

The charming Casa Deia is located in the heart of the fascinating and legendary village of Deia, one of the most picturesque spots on Mallorca. This delightful townhouse has been lovingly restored to the highest standards while retaining its traditional mountain village charm. Spread across three levels, the tastefully decorated rooms and two terraces offer spectacular panoramic views. The first terrace, overlooking the sparkling Mediterranean Sea, is perfect for breakfast or a romantic dinner. The second terrace, featuring an infinity pool, overlooks the village, the gardens of the renowned La Residencia Hotel, and the imposing Tramuntana mountain range.

Ideally located, the house is just a short walk from Deia’s cozy bars, restaurants, and shops. A few minutes by car brings you to Cala Deia, a small yet beautiful pebble beach with clear waters and rock pools. The beach is one of the rare gems on Mallorca’s west coast, where you can enjoy fresh seafood and traditional Mallorcan dishes at beachfront restaurants perched almost directly over the sea.

Terracotta pots filled with Mediterranean plants elegantly adorn the terrace.

    Indoor area

The lovingly restored Casa Deia retains the authentic charm of a traditional Mallorcan townhouse. Bright walls and wooden beams in the living area create a cozy ambiance, complemented by carefully selected accessories throughout the open-plan layout. Arched French doors lead from the living space to the upper terrace.

The entrance level houses three beautifully furnished bedrooms, which provide direct access to the terrace and pool area. The master bedroom is located on the lower level of the villa. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and are adorned with unique lamps, offering spectacular views of the surrounding landscape and the shimmering Mediterranean Sea along Mallorca’s northwestern coast.

    Surroundings

Casa Deia is a true gem among luxury villas in Mallorca, nestled in the picturesque village of Deia, which has preserved much of its original charm. Stroll through the village and immerse yourself in its beauty. A short drive brings you to Cala Deia, the village’s romantic pebble beach. Visit Sóller, famous for its olive cultivation and the production of high-quality olive oil. Tour one of the local oil mills and purchase freshly pressed olive oil directly from the producer. Wander through the narrow streets to the local market and admire elegant Art Nouveau houses. Sóller is also known for its nostalgic narrow-gauge railway connecting the town to Palma. A ride on this historic train offers a unique way to experience the island’s scenery.

In Palma, the vibrant capital city, a visit to the iconic La Seu Cathedral and the old town is a must. Nature lovers can lace up their hiking boots and explore the scenic trails of the Tramuntana Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage site, either independently or as part of guided tours. Mallorca offers stunning beaches and hidden coves, including the pristine Platja des Trenc in the island’s south, which boasts a breathtaking backdrop.
