The luxurious 5-bedroom villa Can Sueco in northern Mallorca is the perfect choice for an unforgettable and carefree family vacation. The owners of Can Sueco completely renovated the house in early 2017 and tastefully decorated the interiors in a soothing blend of comfort and simple elegance, dominated by warm cream tones and soft pastel colors. Outside, lush, flat lawns invite children to roam freely, while parents can enjoy the peaceful tranquility on the terrace. The gorgeous teardrop-shaped pool can also be fenced for added protection, making it ideal for families with younger children. The old town of Pollenca and the long sandy beach of Port de Pollenca are approximately a 12-minute drive away. Here you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants and shops. The Alcanada golf course is about 15 minutes away by car (11 km). Palma and the airport are 60 kilometers away, or approximately a 45-minute drive via the highway.

A cabana and another seating area invite guests to relax and unwind. Upon request, the pool can be fenced for additional safety. The property is set in a spacious garden, perfect for children to play and run around, while parents can relax on a sun lounger or unwind on the terrace. The holiday home’s surroundings offer a variety of leisure activities, from hiking and golfing to visiting Pollenca and Alcudia or enjoying diverse days at the beach.
Inside Finca Can Sueco, original features such as beamed ceilings and open fireplaces blend seamlessly with modern art and stylish interior design. The bright and spacious kitchen with a dining area and breakfast bar, designed in a contemporary country house style, leads to the large open living room with doors opening onto the shaded terrace. A shower room and three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, all have access to the pool terrace or garden and complete the ground floor of Finca Can Sueco. The first floor is exclusively occupied by the spacious master suite and its en-suite bathroom, with French doors opening onto a private terrace overlooking the garden. A second living room with a television is located on the lower ground floor, while the simpler guest house about 50 meters away contains a double bedroom and shower room. All bedrooms in the main house and guest house are equipped with air conditioning. A Sonos sound system, flatscreen TV, DVD player, and WiFi provide additional comfort.
Your stay at Finca Can Sueco includes a midweek cleaning service and a weekly linen change for stays longer than seven days. Additional maid service and other services, such as a private chef or yacht charter, can be arranged upon request. We also recommend renting a car and can create a personalized offer for you.
