Recently completely renovated in 2021, Finca de Pueblo IV is the newest addition to our four modern holiday homes on the outskirts of the charming town of Consell, known for hosting the island’s largest flea market. With magnificent natural stone walls, wooden beams on the ceilings, and large windows that open up to the view of the approximately 1,000 square meter property with a private swimming pool, fruit trees, and a barbecue area, Finca de Pueblo IV offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of Mallorca, yet is just a short walk from the town’s shops, bars, and restaurants. Four tastefully designed double rooms with en-suite bathrooms are available for a maximum of eight guests. The modern finca is located next to our Finca de Pueblo I and is close to Finca de Pueblo II and Finca de Pueblo III, providing excellent conditions for larger groups of friends who wish to vacation together but still maintain privacy. Inca is about 11 kilometers away, and the Platja de Can Pere Antoni and Playa de Muro beaches are approximately 24 and 38 kilometers away, respectively. The airport is 30 kilometers away.

The beautiful approximately 1,000 square meter property invites relaxation and rejuvenation with its various seating areas. You can enjoy a book in the shade under the sunshades or sip a cool drink on the comfortable sofas and armchairs in the covered terrace area. For a refreshing dip, the swimming pool, approximately 8 x 4 meters, is surrounded by loungers and is sure to become one of your favorite spots at Finca de Pueblo IV. At lunchtime and in the evening, you can enjoy light snacks or hearty grilled dishes at the beautiful alfresco dining area. Due to its ideal location, the village with shops and restaurants is only about five minutes away. Stroll through the alleys or take trips to the most beautiful beaches and coves with your rental car.
While maintaining the original Mallorcan architecture with beautiful natural stone walls and wooden beam ceilings, Finca de Pueblo IV has created a living space designed for comfort. The 245 square meter property offers a perfect blend of traditional design and modern comfort. The cozy living area, with large glass doors opening to the terrace, a dining area, and the fully equipped, modern kitchen, invites communal cooking. The four bedrooms are decorated in natural colors and each has its own bathroom. Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, heating & air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure the highest level of comfort during your stay.
Final cleaning and linen change for stays of more than one week are already included in the rental of the holiday home. Additional services, such as maid service, cleaning service, pre-arrival shopping, or chef service, can be arranged upon request and for an additional fee. For larger families or groups who wish to travel together but still desire privacy, the neighboring holiday homes Finca de Pueblo I to III can be rented in addition.
