Accessible from the garden, this suite offers space for two adults and one child. It includes a large bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and writing desk, as well as a spacious bathroom with a shower, two sinks, a toilet, and a bidet. An additional single room is located behind the bathroom.
A separate utility house contains a washing machine and dryer.
Villa San Lorenzo is nestled in Mallorca’s northeast, a tranquil region characterized by rolling hills dotted with olive, almond, and fig trees. Free from mass tourism, the area offers diverse leisure activities, including excellent golf courses, fine dining, natural coves, and popular beach clubs. A nearby resort, reachable in just 10 minutes, offers tennis courts, a golf course, and various restaurants. The beautiful beaches of eastern Mallorca, such as Playa de Muro, Cala Torta, Cala Mesquida, Costa des Pins, Cala Mendia, and Cala Mondragó, can be reached in about 20-30 minutes by car. The Rafa Nadal Academy and Sports Center are just a 12-minute drive away.
The town of Manacor, Mallorca’s second-largest city, is about 10 minutes away by car. Offering daily markets, supermarkets, and local shops, Manacor is a great place to purchase excellent local wines, handcrafted Majorica pearls, and locally made furniture. The charming old town is perfect for enjoying a traditional “bocadillo” and freshly squeezed orange juice at one of its many cafés. The village of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is just five kilometers away, offering local products at its weekly market and quaint cafés and restaurants around the town square. A short drive from Sant Llorenç brings you to the beautiful town of Artà, known for its diverse shops, restaurants, and markets.
