Surrounded by a sun terrace with comfortable loungers and umbrellas, the pool area is the ideal spot to soak up the warm sunshine. The saltwater-filtered pool ensures a skin-friendly and particularly pleasant swimming experience. It can be heated for an additional fee, so you won’t have to miss out on swimming even on cooler days. Villa Conta is located within a secure residential complex, offering both privacy and security. Residents of the complex also have access to a spa and a fitness center. For your convenience, your vehicle can be parked in the private parking area.
The interior of Villa Conta impresses with premium furnishings and modern design. On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped and featuring an integrated bar where up to three people can sit. The dining area offers space for 10 people and is the perfect place to enjoy meals together. The adjacent living area is equipped with a TV and a fireplace and provides direct access to the terrace, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the pool and the outdoor dining area.
In the basement, there is an additional TV and lounge area, perfect for relaxed movie nights.
The ground floor has a total of four bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and access to the terrace. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are also equipped with double beds, each offering its own bathroom with a shower.
Your stay at Villa Conta includes a mid-week cleaning service of 4 hours per week, as well as the weekly change of bed linens and towels and the final cleaning. Additional services, such as a private chef, chauffeur service, or rental bikes, can be arranged upon request.
