Finca d’Eivissa
The Finca d’Eivissa was once a traditional Ibizan house, lovingly restored into an eco-friendly and modern villa. The house is located near Sant Josep, the beaches of the southwest, and accommodates up to 18 guests across nine bedrooms. Sustainability was the primary focus of the owner, considering Ibiza’s valuable natural resources, resulting in a consistently eco-conscious concept. Key sustainable features include large solar panels providing hot water (and heating the pool), a drinking water filtration system (to avoid the use of plastic bottles), a charging station for electric cars, and a composting system for organic waste.
Following a complete renovation, the Finca d’Eivissa has been transformed into a modern retreat for families and friends while successfully retaining much of its traditional Ibizan charm and heritage. The finca’s ideal location ensures easy access to beaches, bars, restaurants, the airport, and Ibiza Town. Cozy dining areas, a large pool surrounded by sunbeds, and the predominantly natural garden define the finca’s outdoor spaces.

The centerpiece of the outdoor area is the 12x5m heated pool (salt electrolysis) surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds and a jacuzzi. On the 8,000 m² fenced property, guests can enjoy a jacuzzi, fitness equipment, and a well-equipped pool bar, which also serves as an outdoor kitchen. Beneath the pergola, there is a long rustic wooden table, offering ample space for all guests and perfect for memorable dinner parties. In line with the villa’s sustainability concept, the outdoor area also features a charging station for electric cars.
The interiors are bright and flooded with light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and almost entirely white furnishings, with selected dark wooden elements providing skillful contrasts. The finca’s design is both modern and cozy and impresses with beautiful design elements.
The finca consists of a main house and a smaller casita, with a total of nine bedrooms. The bedrooms of the main villa are spread across two floors, with the ground floor housing the communal areas such as the living and dining area, kitchen, and fitness room. On the upper floor, there are five bedrooms as well as a terrace with seating areas, from which you can even enjoy views of the sea.
In the adjoining casita, there are two additional bedrooms, a separate living room with its own terrace, and an outdoor area.
During your stay at Finca d’Eivissa, the villa is cleaned 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday) for 4 hours each day, and the pool and garden are also regularly maintained. Bed linens and towels are changed once a week. Before your arrival, services such as grocery shopping, airport transfers, private chef and catering services, as well as boat charters, can be arranged for you.
