The impressive Cala Llenya Beach House is located directly on the water on Ibiza’s east coast, at one of the island’s most beautiful spots. From the villa, distinguished by its extraordinarily linear architecture, you enjoy a spectacular view of the azure Mediterranean Sea and the stunning bay. A few steps lead you to your private sea access, complete with a bathing area and a buoy for a small boat. Here, you can snorkel wonderfully in the crystal-clear waters during a magnificent sunrise or explore the coastline by boat.
The Beach House consists of the main house and two guesthouses, which are situated at a discreet distance from one another, allowing you to share wonderful moments with close friends while still preserving your privacy. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find many beautiful beaches such as Aguas Blancas, Cala Boix, Cala Llenya, and Cala Nova. The famous Las Dalias Hippy Market, the legendary Bar Anita, and San Carlos are just a few minutes away.

A swim in the fantastic infinity pool gives you the indescribable sensation of swimming out into the sea and infinity. For dinner, gather in the patio at the 6-meter-long table, which seats up to 20 people. Subtle garden lighting creates a romantic ambiance at night, allowing you to enjoy your Ibiza holiday home with a chilled Spanish wine in complete privacy. For your security, the property features a large metal gate with a video camera. High stone walls on one side and the gentle sound of the sea on the other ensure an unparalleled sense of absolute privacy.
biza is famous for its vibrant nightlife, with the best and most renowned DJs from around the world performing in trendy nightclubs and beach clubs. The island’s capital, Ibiza Town, is not only worth a visit for its lively nightlife. Stroll along the harbor and enjoy fantastic views from the old town, located above the harbor, with its cathedral and fortress.
The bay of Cala Llenya, with its beautifully curved beach of fine light sand, is nestled amidst pine-covered hills. This beach remains one of the quieter spots on Ibiza. Spend a lovely day here with a picnic and a walk, and then end the day at Anita’s Bar in San Carlos. It is said to have been the first hippie bar on Ibiza. Wander through the village and soak in the charming atmosphere.
Las Dalias is known for its weekly hippie market every Saturday, the most authentic on the island. In the summer, there is also a Night Market on Monday evenings. Throughout the week, Las Dalias hosts live music events, and in winter, there is even a Christmas market.
