Before Martina Gladbach became a partner at LANDMARK, she studied business administration at the University of Cologne and completed her doctorate as a research assistant at the Chair of Product Theory. Since the beginnings of Landmark, Dr. Martina Gladbach has realized and lived “fine travel experiences” as Managing Director. In particular, she looks after long-standing regular customers and fulfills the most demanding vacation wishes & complex round trips with an excellent sense for the special. She knows many of the vacation villas and luxury hotels in LANDMARK’s portfolio personally through her own travels, including in Thailand, Bali, South Africa, Greece, France, Italy and many more.

Herbert Adler | CEO
Herbert Adler studied business administration in Cologne, specializing in marketing. This was followed by engagements in event marketing and as a consultant in a large advertising agency. In 1991, Herbert Adler founded LANDMARK and embarked on an exciting journey through the world of luxury vacations. At that time, the market for private vacation villas was still completely unknown. Since then, he has been constantly discovering new vacation villas all over the world, from hideaways in the Caribbean to ski chalets in Austria and Switzerland. He has a particular love for the Balearic Islands of Mallorca and Ibiza, where he personally selects every property that appears on our website. This enables him to offer his customers absolutely sound and personal advice.

Tina Hermreck | Travel Expert
Faraway countries and exclusive vacation homes have always fascinated Tina Hermreck. She turned her passion into a profession and knows many of our villa destinations through her own travels, including Italy, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Thailand and the Maldives. At LANDMARK, she is responsible for travel organization in the villa and hotel sector and, in cooperation with the property managers & hoteliers, ensures that our customers lack for nothing on site. Tina Hermreck is also the office manager. She is constantly optimizing internal processes and is largely responsible for office organization.

Tatjana Kopel | Marketing- & Contentmanager
As a trained travel agent, social media manager IHK and travel blogger, Tatjana Kopel’s passion is both traveling and the creation of creative and high-quality content! After completing her training, she first went to New Zealand & Australia for six months, followed by further long-distance trips to Thailand, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, India, North and Central America, South Africa and Mauritius. Thanks to her professional experience with various specialist tour operators, she knows the world of vacation home rentals inside out and brings her know-how to LANDMARK in product and content creation. Various engagements in publishing and PR have also paved the way as a content creator and social media manager. She is particularly fond of the Instagram and Pinterest platforms.
