The expansive garden, adorned with Mediterranean plants, offers endless opportunities to soak up the Mallorcan atmosphere. Wander through the estate’s olive groves, almond trees, and vineyards. Relax in one of the elegant lounges scattered throughout the property, providing peaceful retreats. The pool, framed by a beautiful wooden deck, is heated and equipped with air jets and a counter-current system. Sun loungers invite guests to unwind, and the shaded terrace is the perfect spot for a leisurely lunch. Artistic sculptures throughout the garden add to the luxurious ambiance.
After enjoying a sundowner on the upper floor balcony terrace, guests can prepare a delicious meal on the Kamado grill and dine on the covered terrace while taking in the scenic surroundings. A private tennis court (shared with Finca Moscari II) and a table tennis table are also available. The tennis court area features a cozy lounge where you can unwind after a match and discuss your winning shots over a refreshing drink.
The finca’s interior embodies pure luxury and privacy. Thoughtfully selected furniture and art pieces from around the world create a refined yet inviting atmosphere. The craftsmanship of the diverse wooden elements stands out, giving the finca a modern yet natural flair. The heart of the Bulthaup kitchen is the La Cornue stove, making meal preparation a delight. All five bedrooms are equipped with two single beds that can be converted into double beds. The primary bedroom on the ground floor includes an en-suite bathroom. This level also features a comfortable lounge area with a large HDTV and a billiards table — perfect for friendly matches with family and friends.
The upper floor houses four additional bedrooms. Two have private balconies with stunning mountain views, while the other two share access to a large balcony with a stylish lounge area, perfect for winding down on sunny afternoons. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning throughout ensures a comfortable climate even during the warmer months.
Finca Moscari I is situated between the picturesque towns of Selva and Moscari, the latter lending its name to the luxurious finca. Strolling through these charming villages offers a glimpse of authentic Mallorcan life. Inca, Mallorca’s fourth-largest town and a hub for shoemaking, is also worth a visit with its pedestrian streets, green plazas, and cozy cafés.
Santa Maria del Camí, in the island’s northwest, features authentic tapas bars and restaurants that are a delight for food lovers. Its vibrant Sunday market offers a wide selection of fresh local produce. Outdoor enthusiasts can lace up their hiking boots and explore trails in the Tramuntana Mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Guided hikes are also available.
