Adjacent to this, you will find the dining area, where you can enjoy meals prepared in the modern, fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. Large glass doors lead to the veranda. Additionally, this floor has a laundry room, a guest toilet, and a double bedroom (en-suite bathroom) with access to the terrace.
On the 196 m² upper floor, you will find three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool, shower, and private balcony. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, also each have an en-suite bathroom.
At Villa de Ros, you can enjoy one of the most beautiful panoramas of the island and the pleasures of the Mediterranean in complete privacy. Whether you prefer golfing, paddleboarding, playing tennis, diving, or snorkeling, you will find it here. Enjoy the wellness offerings of the island as well. The Mhares Sea Club is located about 300 meters below the villa. On weekends during the high season, music from there may be heard in the house.
