The approximately 2,000 sqm plot of Villa MariVent offers splendid spots for relaxation. The 15 x 5 meter infinity pool, equipped with innovative Ospa technology, ensures premium water quality for a refreshing dip. Adjacent to the pool is a whirlpool, perfect for enjoying a bubbling massage. The covered dining area accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for delightful lunches or dinners prepared in the outdoor kitchen with grill. In the evening, enjoy a glass of wine under the stars as the atmospheric lighting concept and pool illumination create the perfect vacation ambiance.
The interior of Villa MariVent is divided into three areas. On the top floor, the patio level, you enter the foyer of the villa. From here, stairs or an elevator lead to the other areas of the holiday villa, including two spacious master bedrooms, each with its own large bathroom, dressing room, and terrace. To the left, on the southern side of the property, a separate bedroom overlooks the sea and also features a private bathroom and veranda. On the expansive terrace level, indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly blend. Even from the living room with a fireplace and dining area, guests can enjoy the stunning sea views. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring Gaggenau appliances and a breakfast bar, is perfect for a morning coffee or a quick snack. Throughout the villa, guests will admire artworks, sculptures, high-quality textiles, and meticulous attention to detail.
For a perfect spa experience, the wellness area includes a fitness room, sauna, lounge area, and a separate shower and toilet. On the villa’s lowest level, there is an apartment complete with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, and terrace. This space offers privacy and stunning views, while remaining just steps away from the main house. Built in 2014, the villa offers Wi-Fi throughout the property, underfloor heating, air conditioning, an alarm system, and time-controlled automatic shutters. Noteworthy is the premium audio system by BOSE (indoor) and B&W (outdoor), with technical equipment controlled via iPads provided on-site.
Your stay at Villa MariVent includes a villa manager who is available for any questions or requests, daily maid service for four hours (except Sundays), complimentary still and sparkling water, pool and garden maintenance as needed, and pool heating up to a maximum of 28 degrees.
