The property features multiple outdoor spaces for relaxation and socializing. From the kitchen on the first floor, you can access a terrace with seating for up to 12 people, shaded by grapevines and bougainvillea, making it ideal for outdoor meals. Enjoy traditional Spanish tapas or freshly grilled specialties here. The small saltwater pool (approx. 15 m², 2.20 m deep) provides the perfect refreshment after sunbathing or a stroll through the village. Adjacent to the rooftop studio is a 25-square-meter terrace equipped with a garden table, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. The terrace is perfect for pre-dinner drinks and snacks, offering magnificent views over the village rooftops and surrounding mountains.
Despite being a traditional stone house from the 11th century, the interiors are bathed in natural light throughout the day. Carefully restored, Posada de Balitx seamlessly blends old and new elements. Entering through the beautiful main portal on the historic street built by the Moors, you’ll find a spacious and cool entrance hall (“Entrada”) perfect for welcoming guests with a refreshing drink. The first floor houses a fully equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, a large refrigerator-freezer, induction stove, and convection oven. The kitchen features seating for six at the table and three at the kitchen island. Adjacent is the main dining room, boasting a Jacaranda wood table with 12 seats under a designer chandelier.
The cozy living room with a fireplace invites relaxation with its comfortable sofas and armchairs. Also on the first floor is a romantic bedroom with a double bed, French balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with green marble floors and a shower. One floor up is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A guest bathroom with a shower is accessible from the main staircase. The expansive master suite, located half a floor higher, features a French balcony with breathtaking views, a double bed, and a fireplace. Its en-suite bathroom is accessible via a small staircase and includes a freestanding bathtub and a shower. The top floor contains two more double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Finally, the rooftop studio offers spectacular views over the village, valley, and mountains. It’s an ideal space for yoga, reading, or spending time with friends. Equipped with a projector, it also serves as a home cinema at night.
Additional services such as intermediate cleaning, maid service, or a private chef can be arranged upon request. We recommend renting a car to explore the diverse surroundings and the island at your own pace. Free parking is available on the property and along the street.
